1. Participants: Our school is full of college students in the university.

2. Number of participants: Digital media anime and short films (ordinary group、Professional group)、Digital Media Games and Interactive Designs (General Group、Professional group) The number of students in each team is 1-5，The number of students of each major team in each major category is 1-3。

January 16, 2024 to March 20: Student registration。

March 21, 2024 to March 31st: Submit the related materials of the work to the competition platform，Selecting on -school。

3, the form of competition and awards

The competition is launched in the form of a third -level competition，School-level Tournament-Provincial Tournament-National Tournament (referred to as "National Championship")。Special Awards for the National Competition、First Prize、Second Prize、Several items for each third prize。No prize for school competition，Only after reviewing the quality of the entries will be determined whether to push the Hebei province，Provincial awards are determined by the Provincial Competition Organizing Committee。The work of shortlisted the National Finals will also get the corresponding national award certificate。

5. Requirements for the entries

1. Each entry of all categories must be an original work completed during the contest (July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024);，Do not repeat the competition。

2． Participating works must not invest more in the 11 major categories of this competition。

3． The copyright of the entry must belong to the author，Do not infringement; all works that have transferred intellectual property rights or do not have independent intellectual property rights，Nothing to participate。

4． If the participating works include maps，When it involves the national contemporary territory，The source of the map should be indicated (such as the website of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of China)，and indicate the illustration number，Otherwise it is illegal，Cancel eligibility。
